The Woodchuck Pen Pro Turning Tool

Woodchuck Pen Pro

Made from durable 304 grade Stainless Steel this tool is specially designed for pen turning. It's comfortable 4 inch tool body length and 2-1/2 inch tang includes two cutting inserts. The standard 15x15x2.5 mm with a 4 inch radius and the 15x15x2.5mm with a 2 inch radius inserts are both included with the tool. The solid Micrograin Carbide inserts will rapidly cut through wood, aluminum, acrylic, antler, horn, M3 Metal Composite and Tru-Stone. The carbide inserts are very long lasting, plus each insert has four cutting surfaces so that if it does become dull, you can simply rotate the cutter to the next edge. We higly recommend this tool for our tru-stone blanks. It works especially well on the harder colors keeping a sharp cutting edge unlike most standard turning tools. We now offer two options on this tool, one with the handle and one without for those that would like to turn their own custom handle. Instructions for turning a custom handle are included with the tool. The prices listed here include standard shipping. See disclaimer of liability below before purchasing.
